Terms of Service
1. Purpose
These Terms set the conditions and operating principles for using the Ploting app and the ploting.app website.
2. Service
Ploting may provide story-based English learning content, lesson progress features, audio and image content, and future subscription or in-app purchase features. The service may be changed, added to, or discontinued depending on operational needs.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must not use the service for unlawful or abusive purposes.
- You must not bypass, manipulate, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app, content, servers, or payment systems.
- You must not infringe the rights, privacy, or intellectual property of others.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
Text, images, audio, scenarios, designs, code, and other materials in the app are owned by Ploting or their lawful rights holders. You may use the content only for personal, non-commercial learning purposes. Unauthorized copying, distribution, sale, modification, or public transmission is prohibited.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
If subscriptions or in-app purchases are offered, payments, refunds, and cancellations are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play policies. The scope of free and paid features may change as the service evolves.
6. Accounts and Data
Ploting is currently designed to work without account registration. If personalization, sync, or account features are added later, we may provide additional notices and update the Privacy Policy.
7. Third-Party Services
The service may use third-party services such as Apple, Google, Firebase, RevenueCat, and Cloudflare. Those providers' own terms and policies may also apply.
8. Changes and Suspension
Ploting may change or temporarily suspend the service for content updates, bug fixes, security, or operational reasons. Where practical, material changes will be announced through the app or website.
9. Disclaimer
Ploting is a learning support service and does not guarantee specific learning outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are interpreted under applicable laws of the Republic of Korea and relevant platform policies, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
11. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated as the service, laws, or platform policies change. Updated Terms apply when posted in the app or on the website.
