This policy applies to the Ploting app and the ploting.app website. It is a baseline policy for launch preparation and should be updated when the service or data practices change.

Ploting is currently designed to work without mandatory account registration. We do not require direct identifiers such as your name, email address, or phone number inside the app. We may process the following information to operate the service:
- App usage events, such as screen views, lesson progress, choices, and feature usage
- Device and diagnostics information, such as app version, operating system, device type, error logs, and crash reports
- Local learning data, such as progress, settings, and temporary identifiers stored on your device
- Purchase-related information, if subscriptions or in-app purchases are enabled, such as purchase status, product identifiers, and receipt validation data processed by App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat
- Website access information, such as IP address, browser information, access time, and CDN/server logs when you visit ploting.app
2. App Store Privacy Summary
For App Store privacy disclosures, the app may process the following categories of information:
- Usage Data, such as app events, screen views, and lesson progress
- Diagnostics, such as crash logs, performance data, and error information
- Purchases, if subscriptions or in-app purchases are enabled, such as purchase status and receipt validation data
- Identifiers, such as app instance identifiers and device or platform-provided identifiers used for analytics or purchase validation
Ploting currently does not require account registration in the app and does not require your name, email address, or phone number. We do not sell personal information.

5. Retention
Local learning data is stored on your device and may be deleted when you delete the app. Analytics and diagnostics data are retained according to the policies of the relevant third-party services. We may retain information when required for legal compliance, dispute handling, or purchase records.
6. Your Choices and Rights
- You can delete local app data by deleting the app from your device.
- You can manage tracking, notifications, and network-related permissions in your operating system settings.
- You can manage subscriptions and purchase history in your Apple or Google account settings.
- You may contact us to ask questions or request deletion where applicable.
7. Security
Ploting uses reasonable safeguards such as standard HTTPS transport, platform security features, and third-party provider security controls. However, no internet or device environment can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Children's Privacy
Ploting does not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate parental or guardian consent. If you believe such information has been collected, please contact us so we can take reasonable action.
9. International Processing
Information may be processed on servers outside your country through services such as Firebase, Google Analytics, RevenueCat, and Cloudflare.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as the service, laws, or platform requirements change. Material changes will be announced through the app or website.
